Common questions
What does a membership include?
The signed Enrollment Summary and Service Schedule controls the selected tier, term, monthly rate, exact Hollis-provided services, Hollis-billed add-ons, and any separately billed third-party items. Labs, imaging, prescriptions, and other third-party clinical items are billed separately by those providers.
What happens on the first visit?
We clarify your goals, health history, and training background, then take baseline measurements. Exact timing and included services are confirmed before you enroll.
Do you accept insurance?
No — Hollis Health is membership-based and does not bill insurance. We can provide receipts on request; reimbursement and HSA/FSA eligibility are determined by your plan administrator or tax advisor.
